The incumbent serves as a Team Lead within the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Hood. This position serves as a Contracting Officer (KO) with designated warrant authority in support of the mission. Performs pre-award and post-award functions for procurements involving simplified acquisitions as well as complex service contracts and minor construction.
